I train people because I believe I can help them achieve a greater level of health and well-being by teaching them how and why things work for them, so they can experience the freedom a healthy body and mindset can attain.
Qualifications
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
