I train people because I believe I can help them achieve a greater level of health and well-being by teaching them how and why things work for them, so they can experience the freedom a healthy body and mindset can attain.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
  • Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
