Philosophy

My belief is that fitness, strength and movement should be uplifting, empowering and accessible to everyone. I create approachable programs that support my clients in their goals, especially those with specific needs/health issues or experiences with trauma or mental illness. I work with an anti-diet approach, preferring to centre the whole person and their overall well-being. I am inclusive to all people who are interested in training with me and will work with you to achieve your goals and leave you feeling proud, confident, strong and performing better than you ever thought possible.

Qualifications

  • BSC Sports and Exercise Science – Victoria University
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Cert IV Allied Health Assistant (Physiotherapy)
