Please note: our centre will not be running group fitness classes on Sunday 25 April due to the ANZAC Day public holiday.  

Our centre offers a variety of group fitness classes that both members and non-members are welcome to participate in.

We offer the following group fitness booking options:

  • Online: select the "Book Now" button below to use our online booking system. Booking slots open two days in advance.
  • In person: book directly at our reception desk an hour before each class begins.

Casual entry fees are listed on our prices page.

We run alternate timetables over public holidays and extended holiday periods (Christmas - New Year, Easter).

These alternate timetables are published on our Facebook page prior to each public holiday.

  • Guidelines

    Due to current health restrictions, we have limited service offerings available.To book a session, please use the Book Now button below or call the centre.

    Bookings can only be made two days in advance. Booking slots will be released online daily at 7:00am.

    Our Health Club and Group Fitness capacity is currently limited due to government restrictions.

    • No Towel, No workout
    • Sessions durations are 50 minutes, allowing sufficient time for staff to undertake cleaning.
    • All group Fitness classes are 45 minutes
    • All staff directions and signage must be strictly adhered to
    • Participants are not to attend the gym or classes if they are unwell or have any symptoms of the virus i.e. Fever, headache, and cough.
    • Participants are not to attend the gym or classes if they have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
    • All users of the facility will be temperature checked upon arrival
    • Masks are required to be worn at all times in both the gym and group fitness classes unless undertaking strenuous exercise.
    • Masks are required to and from the Gym/Class and when moving throughout the centre
    • Equipment must be cleaned prior to use and after use.
    • Equipment is not to be shared during class.
    • Mats are available for use however if you have access to one, please bring it.
    • Participants must bring their own water bottle. Drink fountains will only be available to re-fill bottles.
    • Participants must maintain social distancing, follow directional signage and leave as soon as their session is complete.
    • Change rooms are available however lockers will not be available for use.
    • I have reviewed the PAR-Q form and agree that I have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating in exercise safely.

    If all available slots have been booked, you will receive the message “Sorry, there is currently no availability".

    As all existing member accounts are currently on suspension and no membership fees are being charged, we kindly ask that everyone uses the facility on a pay per use basis. The casual booking rate will apply to all bookings until further notice. Due to demand and capacity restrictions, we know that we may not be able to accommodate everyone interested in booking a session and will continue to work on methods of making the booking process as equitable as possible.

    Unfortunately, our team is unable to amend or place bookings over the phone if we are already fully booked. We ask that you please only contact us regarding bookings if you are having technical difficulties or are unable to use the online system.

  • Online booking instructions

    Our centre uses a system called Nabooki to facilitate online bookings for group fitness classes.

    Select the "Book Now" button above to open the Nabooki booking portal.

    Please note: bookings can only be made two days in advance. Booking slots will be released online daily at 7:00am.

    Due to demand and capacity restrictions, we know that we may not be able to accommodate everyone interested in booking a session and will continue to work on methods of making the booking process as equitable as possible. If all available slots have been booked, you will receive the message “Sorry, there is currently no availability".

    Unfortunately our team is unable to amend or place bookings over the phone if we are already fully booked. We ask that you please only contact us regarding bookings if you are having technical difficulties or are unable to use the online system.

    If spaces are fully booked, we encourage you to continue to try and book for a future date as more sessions are released daily. We look forward to a greater easing of restrictions when we can welcome more of the community back and thank you for your patience and understanding.
