Do you identify as female and prefer to work out in a women’s only environment? Want a session tailored to female-identifying participants? Want a workout space that is conducted in line with cultural and religious backgrounds?

Well this session is for you!

Facilitated by a female instructor, this weekly session encourages women of all ages and fitness levels to keep active, improve fitness and meet new, like-minded women.

The sessions will take on a circuit-like format to enable participants to learn about the equipment available and develop the confidence to use it independently.

Session details:

  • Weekly on Wednesdays, starting on Wed 7 February 2024
  • The class will run from 7 – 8pm and no participants will be permitted in the class past 7:05pm due to safety reasons – all participants must be present for the warm up.
  • The class will appear on the group fitness timetable for members to book in
  • If you are a non-member, the cost will be $5.80 / session, which can be paid upon entry to the facility
  • If you are not a member, you can just turn up on the night.
