Ready to take your fitness to the next level? We’re running a series of boot camps from October 2023 to March 2024.

Led by our expert personal trainer Danny, our boot camps are the perfect way to achieve your fitness goals. You’ll receive support and guidance from qualified instructors, and have fun while working out with likeminded participants!

Each boot camp runs for four weeks with a total of 12 sessions. The sessions will include a mix of aerobic, endurance, boxing, bodyweight and weight-bearing exercises to help you:

  • build fitness and strength;
  • improve muscular endurance and muscle tone;
  • increase flexibility.

Plus, we’ll track your progress so you can see how far you’ve come!

Who can take part?

We've designed our boot camps to suit all ages and fitness levels. So whether you class yourself as a beginner or elite, Danny’s Boot Camp will challenge you as an individual and provide you with everything you need to improve your health and fitness.

Both members and non-members are welcome to get involved.

Dates and times

Danny’s Boot Camps will run on the following dates.

  • Monday 2 October – Friday 27 October 2023
  • Monday 20 November – Friday 15 December 2023
  • Monday 29 January – Friday 23 February 2024
  • Monday 4 March – Friday 29 March 2024

Sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:15am to 7:15am.

You can choose to take part in two or three sessions per week.
