Looking for a way to kick start or elevate your fitness?
Join our four week Boot camp program. Designed to improve your cardio fitness and strength in a welcoming atmosphere. Our trainer led, outdoor workout is designed on increasing your strength and cardio fitness. All fitness levels are welcome but most participants are of a medium level of fitness.
- The program runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15am from 7th of October until Wednesday 30th of October.
- The program costs $184 for members and $205 for non-members.
